FABLE Blended Malts are far from ordinary. Founded on the art of storytelling, illustration and whisky-making, our fifth release comprising of 9000 bottles is an exceptional creation. Bottled at 8 years old, 46.5%, non-chill filtered and natural colour, these whiskies are matured for a minimum of 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead casks, creating a rich honeyed Blended Malt with an oaky finish. FABLE Batch Five can be savoured neat or shaken-up in a ‘Whisky Sour’ cocktail.
Tasting notes
Nose — A sweet nose upfront with characteristics of American cream soda, toffee apple and toasted oats.
Taste — A candy palate follows with maple syrup and hints of peach skin then warming spices.
Finish — A wonderfully rounded rich finish with sweet & oaky finale.

Add ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain over cubed ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
