FABLE Blended Malts are far from ordinary. Founded on the art of storytelling, illustration and whisky-making, our fourth release comprising of 9000 bottles is an exceptional creation. Bottled at 5 years old, 46.5%, non chill-filtered and natural colour, these whiskies are matured for a minimum of 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead casks, creating fruity and floral Blended Malt with an elegant finish. FABLE Batch Four can be savoured neat or stirred-up in a ‘Fiendish Negroni’ cocktail.
Tasting notes
Nose — Fresh Lemon, jasmine and crisp green apple come together to create an enticing aroma.
Taste — Sweet green apple, lemon cheesecake and lavender are bound by a rich and warming honey sweetness.
Finish — An elegant finish with sweet and floral finale.

METHOD
Add ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Stir until well-chilled and strain over cubed ice. Garnish with an orange slice. Garnish with orange zest.
