FABLE Blended Malts are far from ordinary. Founded on the art of storytelling, illustration and whisky-making, our sixth release comprising of 9000 bottles is an exceptional creation. Bottled at 8 years old, 46.5%, non-chill-filtered and natural colour, these whiskies are matured for a minimum of 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead casks, creating a well-rounded Blended Malt with a sweet and spiced finish. FABLE Batch Six can be savoured neat, stirred-up or served in a Apple & Mint Julep.
Tasting notes
Nose — Freshly baked pastries and raisins.
Taste — Mashed bananas, molasses with baking spices.
Finish — A lingering spice and fresh orange peel.

50ml FABLE Blended Malt Batch Six
10ml Honey
12 mint leaves
50ml Pressed Apple Juice
Dash Angostura bitters
METHOD
Build all the ingredients with crushed ice and churn through. Add more crushed ice and add a dash of bitters on top. Garnish with a large mint sprig.
