FABLE Blended Malts are far from ordinary. Founded on the art of storytelling, illustration and whisky-making, our third release comprising of 9000 bottles is an exceptional creation. Bottled at 8 years old, 46.5%, non-chill-filtered and natural colour, these whiskies are matured for a minimum of 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead casks, creating a well-rounded Blended Malt with a sweet fruity finish. FABLE Batch Three can be savoured neat, stirred-up or served in a Penicillin cocktail.
Tasting notes
Nose — Demerara sugar, baked apple, and fresh malt.
Taste — Barley sugars, red apple and sweet toffee.
Finish — A rounded and fruity finish.

25ml lemon juice
12.5ml honey and ginger syrup
10mls Islay Single Malt (FABLE Clanyard - Caol Ila)
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice, excluding Islay whisky. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and drizzle Islay whisky on top. Garnish with candied ginger
