FABLE Blended Malts are far from ordinary. Founded on the art of storytelling, animation, illustration and whisky-making, Batch Two is a release of only 3000 bottles – a full-flavoured creation, with a smoky Islay influence. Bottled at 7 years old, 46.5%, non-chill-filtered and natural colour, these whiskies are matured for a minimum of 7years in ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead casks, creating a brilliantly balanced blend of malts with a lingering smoky finish. Well-balanced with a lingering smoky finish, FABLE Batch Two Blended Malt can be savoured neat, shaken in a cocktail, or served in a highball.
Tasting notes
Nose — Toasted malt, roasted coffee and baked apple.
Taste — Orange peel, baked apple, caramelised sugars and wood smoke.
Finish — A lingering smoky finish

FABLE WHISKY APRICOT SOUR
50ml FABLE Whisky Blended Malt Batch Two
20ml Apricot brandy
20ml Lemon juice
5ml Orgeat syrup
Egg whites (optional)
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard. Serve “up” or over ice into a chilled rocks glass.
